Vince's Bio
September
17th, 1981 is day that will forever live in infamy. On this day, Patricia
Romanelli and Vincent Romanelli, II gave birth to the beautiful, cute,
premature Vince III. Little did they know, but this little child would
soon become......a Bucket Boy. Much like the Backstreet Boys, or the
Beastie Boys, but nothing like them at all, the Bucket Boys would soon
be playing at schools, churches, libraries, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs,
bachelorette parties, and loving it all.Vince has been playing drums
since the 5th grade. Throughout Junior High, his aquaitance Mitch and
he would make trouble for their numerous band directors, and teachers.
Once they hit High School, Tim Blakewell took on two challenges. Mitch
and Vince. Little did the world know, this duo would soon become as
good a duo as Romeo and Juliet, Ponch and John, and of course, Chris
Farley and David Spade. Vince continues to beat Mitch in many games
of Connect Four, TV tag, Fooseball, Pool, and drumset duets.
On May 10th, 2003, Vince graduated from Belmont University, in Nashville,
Tennessee. He recieved a Bachelors of Music, emphasis in Commercial
Music. He studied for two years with Chester Thompson. Chester is an
idol for the drumming world. Playing with Phil Collins, Weather Report,
and Frank Zappa, he had a NEW test, the Bucket Boy. Please check out
his personal website, www.vinceromanelli.com to get more information,
and download some of his orignal songs! Vince loves to play drums, guitar
and piano. Back to Vince...Vince loves his job. He loves the blessing
he has to reach out to all the children he plays for. Finding a passion
at a young age, and pursuing it is something he is eternally grateful
for. He is VERY thankful for that blessing. Being at Belmont, and being
surrounded with the music buisness, he feels there a maybe ways and
possibilites of the Bucket Boys reaching out to many people. Their gift
of music is one that can cross all age groups and demographics. Vince
enjoys hanging out with Mitch in his free time, but he enjoys not hanging
out with Mitch, too. The two of them have a very crazy relationship...
It must be something with having been playing drums together for TWELVE
YEARS!!! That's a LOT of years!! He wants to thank everyone for supporting
the Bucket Boys. They appreciate it :) He encouranges everyone to continue
to shake their booty. And to eat cookie dough.
Vince is pursuing making it big with a few of his bands.
